"My T680 fuel pump took a crap yesterday right after going down the grapevine/Tejon pass going northbound.
You call around trying to find a tow service and these other guys BS you with $250-300 an hour and don’t give you an exact quote price because it depends on “this” and “that”….JUST GIVE ME A DAMN PRICE!
Big Rig tow did exactly that, told me the price and boom they showed up. These guys handled the job, upfront, and were very professional. Thank you to Perry and his brother. 10/10, Highly recommend."

"Hi, my truck break down on route 58w and I call early morning by google search. Sir Perry pickup call right away and start conversation regarding my truck tow with loaded trailer with full gross. Sir Perry give me price and time to pickup truck. He is very humble and honest with customers. Good, truck towing company .sir Perry did work very professionally. Thank you so much sir."

"I can't say how their towing service is. I called them and was told that they could help, but they would've taken a long time as they were booked with pick-ups far away. They recommended me to a competitor as they should be available. A company that apologies for how busy they are and still provides support by sending business to someone else they recommended is a business that appreciates their customer base. They company they recommended provided service beyond expectations. I would call Big Rig again and give them a chance for my business if needed in the area."
